The Missouri EMS for Children State Partnership grant is held by the University of Missouri's School of Medicine. This partnership began in 2018 and is housed within the MU Health Care Emergency Services service line.
The overall mission of the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) Program is to reduce the prevalence of pediatric morbidity and mortality that may occur as a result of acute illness and severe injury.
In order to achieve this mission, Missouri EMSC is working on various quality improvement projects aimed at all providers in both EMS and Emergency Departments across the state.
Please review the various projects highlighted on this website, or contact us with any requests for assistance on bettering pediatric emergency care in your area.
