MO EMSC recognizes the barriers that many EMS agencies and EDs face when it comes to implementing pediatric training plans. Equipment availability, time, and lack of pediatric knowledgeable instructors are the most cited barriers. In order to help break down these barriers, MO EMSC has created a monthly tele-training opportunity.
MO EMSC's tele-training opportunity will consists of two parts: a recorded lecture and quiz to be completed on participant's own time prior to part 2--a livestream scenario learning event. Your agency will login to the Zoom video conference application on the date and times selected by your agency and connect with a live instructor to complete hands-on scenario training.
Tele-Training must be held at a specific agency/location with an in-house point of contact person, as each agency will receive a time slot for livestream scenario training, and each scenario will require training equipment.
